Deployment of a new visual identity for Monoprix

  • 90 sites in 3 month all over France
  • Multi-sites planning and synchronization of the new identity unveiling
  • Replacement and addition of flag signs, banners, park signage, kakemono and directional signage elements. Depending on the store type, support works: electric connection of the signs, replacement of the door handles, painting and frontage restoration
  • Coordination of the operations: management of the signs, electricity, painting, iron work, building work, carpentry with all the contractors and stores managers
  • Submission of the administrative and private law files, follow-up of the case examinations and representation of the project during the co-owners general meetings
