Collaboration with the creative team “Retail Branding” of Dragon Rouge, from the concept creation
Execution of the prototypes in renovation (3 days & 3 nights to renovate restaurants having more than 20 years) and construction of a solo building (5 months and a half of works)
Realisation of inclusion projects: restaurant integration in existing sites (franchise and own site)
Full execution management of a 450 sqm restaurant: concept adaptation to the space and the architectural shape of a modern building. Works in separated batches, in 8 weeks.
